Rivo — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Kesslo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) developed Rivo (“the App”) as an iOS application. This policy outlines our approach to privacy and data protection.

1. Information Collection and Storage

Rivo collects no personal information of any kind. All features and data, including alarm times, goals, and daily progress logs, are stored locally on your device.

No account setup is required, and we do not maintain external database servers to store user data.

2. Diagnostics and Crash Reporting

To improve stability, we receive anonymous crash logs from Apple’s standard App Store Connect service. These reports contain hardware specifications and system diagnostics but do not contain user-identifiable details.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Rivo uses native iOS services for alarm synchronization and schedules. It does not integrate with any third-party advertising SDKs or tracking networks.

4. Data Retention

Your data is stored within the App's sandbox space on your device. Deleting Rivo permanently deletes all locally saved logs, targets, and settings. Data backed up through Apple’s system backup remains under your sole control.

5. Analytics

We do not track user behavior or usage frequencies. Any platform metrics are aggregate and anonymized, and exclusively handle anonymized data.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
